The next exciting thing this week was Emily's first day of preschool! She was so excited. I was really sad that I didn't get to take her because Ethan was throwing up that morning, but her Aunt took her and said she just walked right in without even looking back. Here are some cute pictures of her all ready to go! Because she is in the younger class, they have quiet time right after lunch so she has to take a blanket and her stuffed animal, that is why her backpack looks so packed! Even though it is bigger than her, she still insists on wearing it! So enjoy!

Ethan was really sad to miss the first day in his new school. He woke up Tuesday and threw up. When I told him he couldn't go to school he just cried and cried. It was so pitiful. He kep saying, "but mom I promise I won't throw up at school. I want to go meet my new friends." It was hard for him to see Emily getting all ready and leave. He asked me about 500 hundred times when she was going to be home. Luckily he hadn't thrown up since Tuesday mid-morning, so he was free to go today. I took them and was kind of sad to get back in the car and have them both gone. My original plan was to only put Emily in on Tuesdays and keep her with me on Thursdays, but after going once, there was no way I was going to keep her away. She would have thrown a fit to see Ethan go today and her not get to. So as hard as it is (I won't lie, it's a little nice too!) I guess my little princess will be going two days just like her big brother! Well I am off to get a few more things done before I go pick them up! Oh and for anyone that is curious, I will hopefully be posting pictures of Emery soon. He is getting so big. He's only 5 months and I had to pull out the 6-9 month clothes already.

i'm so excited to see pictures of the new house - okay, really, i'm excited to come and see it in real life. sad for ethan that he missed the first day of school, but fun for emily to be going with him. even more fun for mommy to have so much free time!!!
Congratulations on finally leaving the apartment! Your house looks so nice. We are getting ready to buy something here in town. I'm a little jealous of your new house. We don't really have options like that here. I have to choose between older but bigger, or newer but smaller. Oh well, at least we'll be homeowners!
That's so exciting that Emily is in pre-school now!! I'm sure she does love it. I'm glad Ethan got better and was able to go on the second day. Congrats on moving in. I can't wait to see it. Ty and I were talking about coming up one weekend soon to see all you guys. Have fun this weekend with your visitors!

Your house looks awesome! And Emily looks so big, I can't believe she's ready for preschool. I will be coming to Dallas the last week in February to tae care of my nieces and nephews... can I come see you and your fabulous house? I would love to meet little Emery too.
Congrats on being in the new house. You gotta feel like a new woman. That is so exciting and fun... and best yet, it is what you wanted the way you wanted it.
Congrats on the big milestone of preschool. I am both looking forward to and dreading the day Kaia goes off to school. I know she's already looking forward to it... in a few more years.
Your house is beautiful! Too bad you can't live in this neighborhood anymore where the lovely Silverado Movie Theater is about to open. I bet you really miss that. At least it has a picture of a huge cowboy on it. Tomball rocks! :)
Just wanted to say...Yeah, who'd you sucker into buying your house located ever so close to that finally almost finished movie theater? We feel so bad for the people that share their backyard with the parking lot. They have bright blue and pink lights that has to shine into someones bedroom. Yikes!!
