Starting Anew and The Tooth Fairy!

I decided this week that I am going to make myself sit down every Sunday and update my blog. I have always loved that my blog is a journal of sorts, but have been sad lately when I think of all that I have missed blogging about in the past 6 months or so. I am going to try and keep updated and also go back and fill in some of the important events that I missed.

This last week Ethan lost his first tooth!!

It had been loose for quite a while but he was afraid that it was going to hurt so he hadn't pulled it out yet. He finally decided that a visit from the Tooth Fairy was worth the little bit of pain there might be in getting the tooth out. So right before bed, with a little help from me out came the tooth! He was so excited to go to sleep so the Tooth Fairy could come that we didn't hear a peep from him after being tucked in, which is huge for Ethan. He is usually up for at least an hour after being tucked in. If only the Tooth Fairy could come every night!

Ethan started baseball a few weeks ago which is fun but a little more that I thought I signed up for. Games don't start for another month or so, but they have practice 3 days a week! This t-ball for 6 year olds, not the majors people!! The good thing about it is that his coach is really good. He actually played pro ball. He is a great teacher and Ethan is learning some awesome skills. It will be a great start for him to keep playing in the future. Eric has been recruited as one the assistant coaches. Ethan loves having Eric there and Eric likes to be able to be involved and have this fun time with Ethan. I will keep you posted once games start. Supposedly some weeks we will have 2 or 3.

Emily is still in gymnastics and loving it. I moved her to a morning class so I am not running around so much in the afternoon. Now she is in a class with only 3 little girls and has a really good coach. I think she will do great and start progressing at a faster rate with more one on one time.

Emery just hit 18 months and is talking up a storm. He in constantly running around saying "ball", and loves to find my cell phone and put it up to his ear and say "hewo". He is also starting to put several words together and saying "dit down" (sit down) and "hi daddy". I took this picture of my cute little kiddos the other day. Aren't they the cutest?

Well, that's the scoop for this week. If I fail to come back next week feel free to give me call, email or leave a comment reminding me that it is time for a new post!!
