Our Little Dancer

I know it is shocking that I have posted two days in a row. I'm really going to try and post a lot more often. We have so much fun stuff going on this summer that I want to be sure not to miss anything.

This year Emily decided to try out dance. I signed her up for a tap and ballet combo class and she has loved every minute of it. They had their big recital a few weeks ago and it was so cute. They all tried so hard to follow their teacher and remember the dances it was great! Just before the recital they had professional pictures done in their costumes and Emily's were all so cute. They were a little pricey so I had to narrow it down to one shot per costume, but here she is in the professional pictures and then also some pictures from the recital! (The pictures look a little washed out for some reason. They look much better in person.)

She is already excited for next year, but decided that she like ballet better than tap so she is going to do just ballet. It was so fun to watch her and see how much she progressed. She really is a talented little dancer!
